Wildlife Loop Hiking Trail

There is a new trail being built on the Wildlife Loop Road that has no name yet. It is located about halfway between the Wildlife Station Visitor’s Center and the French Creek Trailhead. It is is easy to see and access. It looks like they may do more work on it - build an observation deck or perhaps put a bench up there. It is an easy hike up some stairs and across the prairie to a nice view. It is around a quarter of a mile total and we were able to see buffalo in the background. It is a nice place to get out of the car and stretch your legs.

Can’t miss the beginning of the new hike.

Nice easy path to follow.
