Wall Drug
The New York Times has described Wall Drug as "a sprawling tourist attraction of international renown that draws some two million annual visitors to the small town of Wall and is located right off of I-90. Wall Drug earns much of its fame from its self-promotion. Billboards advertising the establishment can be seen for hundreds of miles throughout South Dakota and the neighboring states. In addition, many visitors of Wall Drug have erected signs throughout the world announcing the miles to Wall Drug from famous locations. This is a nice stop after a long day of driving with shopping, dining, and a number of displays that the kids enjoy. A must see is the backyard of the Wall Drug which consists of fun exhibits for the kids and a large dinosaur who roars every 12-15 minutes.
