The Sturgis Mustang Rally happens every year in August/September in the town of Sturgis, South Dakota. This was the first year I went to it, but at the time they were showcasing their cars in the town of Deadwood. The rally usually lasts a couple of days and they have car auctions, car cruises, show and shines, and many more events.
Downtown Deadwood was blocked off for the show and shine.
Kermit and Miss Piggy made an appearance.
