DC Booth Historical Fish Hatchery

The DC Booth Historical Fish Hatchery is located within the town of Spearfish at South Canyon Street and Spearfish Creek between the Spearfish City Park and the City Campground. Admission is free and one can explore the grounds, see the abundance of fish, and afterwards go to the Spearfish City Park for a picnic. There are a lot of hiking trails at the hatchery and around the city park and campground. This area is especially beautiful in the fall. During the summer months there are a lot of free tours you can do within the many buildings on site.
