Hill City
Hill City is the oldest existing city in Pennington County, South Dakota. It is located 26 miles southwest of Rapid City and just north of the town of Custer. During the summer Hill City is a great place to stay when checking out the surrounding sights. It is central to destinations such as Mount Rushmore, Custer State Park, and the Mickelson Trail.
