The Elks Theatre is located in downtown Rapid City and has been there for over 100 years. The theatre has been remodeled on several occasions, and some feel the place is haunted. With rumors of the resident ghost named Jimmy, legend has it he was a worker who fell from a high catwalk. People say they can smell cigar smoke when he is near. The bathroom area on the downstairs floor is definitely creepy if you are down there all alone.
