Aspen Leaf Trail

Aspen Leaf Trail is a short .4 miles one way hike that goes from the Pactola Visitor Center down to Pactola Lake in Pennington County, South Dakota. The trail starts behind the visitor’s center and goes to the left. The trail is easy, shows beautiful views of the lake, and a great place to stop. There are picnic tables and benches along the way, and it is a fun place for kids to be able to touch the lake and skip rocks.
